"All the single ladies! Now put your hands up..."                                    - Beyoncé

February 14th is (can be) very overwhelming! Flowers! Chocolates! Stuffed animals! Couples left and right!

Who says a single GAL can't breeze through this day of "LOVE" with out a valentine?

Here is what you need to start your Valentine's day party, full of deliciously filling & empowering fun!

2. Chicken curry for the soul!

My curry flavored chicken breast over cilantro rice will fill the soul and core! This savory comfort meal is inspired by my mother's Thai cooking with a twist! Gal friends will all want to be on your A-list to your next Valentine's party!

3. Ready! Set! Inspire!

Eat Pray Love is just the movie! Grab some popcorn and be ready to plan your next retreat!

"Dolce far niente: the pleasure of doing anything..."

"The child is taught form earliest consciousness that she has these four brothers with her in the world wherever she goes, and that they will always look after her. The brothers inhabit the four virtues a person needs in order to be safe and happy in life: intelligencefriendshipstrength and poetry. The brothers can be called upon in any critical situation for rescue and assistance. When you die, your four spirit brothers collet your soul and bring you to heaven."

Elizabeth Gilbert Eat Pray Love

4. House and a sexy blouse!

It's Valentine's day after all! Who says dressing up needs to be for someone else? Bright lip color is always my light for those gloomy days! In sickness and in health, I will never part! Truth is, sometimes feeling beautiful on the outside may flower the inside to feel beautiful! So pucker up and slip into something fun!

"The more clear the view, the more real beauty you will see. Always new. Always fresh. And each new emotion is a new discovery of yourself."
